Get the tea on why Real Houseiwves of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice could be prison bond…
Now, Teresa Giudice lawyer, James Leonard, is addressing the Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s potential parole violations in a statement.
Leonard tells Us:
“Both tickets were reported, but not within the required time frame. Teresa’s been fully compliant other than these incidents, and both she and I have spoken to her officer and understand exactly what is required should she have any future contact with law enforcement, which we do not anticipate will happen.”
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting:
Giudice, 44 completed an 11-month jail sentence for fraud in December 2015. But now that she has been back home the RHONJ star failed to report that she got herself two different traffic tickets.
See, Teresa is required to report anything and everything when it comes to tickets or legalities within 72-hour period. If NOT, then her probation officer can give her a one-way ticket back to the slammer. Teresa’s violations are straight up stupid and there is NOTHING WORSE than going to jail for these violations. One of the tickets was for making an illegal turn, and the other for using her phone while driving.
Com’on Teresa get it together girl!
In case you were unaware, Teresa Giudice was given 24 months of supervised probation after her release from prison. She received a written warning from her probation officer.
